I'm Muhammad Naeem, an independent developer working under the NaeemHCK handle. I design and build AI-powered web products end to end — from the model integration layer down to the last easing curve.

My operating principle: never treat every feature as an AI problem. LLMs understand intent; deterministic engines handle geometry, constraints, and money.

A house planner
that listens.

My main build: a conversational, constraint-aware house-planning platform for Pakistan. Plain-language requirements become 2D floor plans with live cost estimates — the AI understands intent, a geometry engine calculates, and a rule engine enforces local building constraints.

Currently in development as a final-year project. No mockups dressed as product — this page will link the live build the day it ships.

Reel-style concept sites for Faletti's Hotel Lahore — four iterations, from editorial to fully scroll-driven — and a dark-and-gold concept for Serena Islamabad. Motion like footage, never bouncy.
